'Gori Tere Pyar Mein

For the film, actress Kareena Kapoor will tone down to fit her role perfectly. “Punit wants me to look stylishly different in his film. Besides, there are five songs in the film, which require a lot of dancing. I will still be voluptuous, but the difference will be that my appearance will be more toned and fitter because I need to acquire such a look for my dance numbers,” said Kareena recently. The actress had previously gained weight for a special appearance in a song in the film Dabangg 2. “It was the requirement of the song. I couldn’t have looked lean and toned as I was in ‘Halkat jawani’ because the song ‘Fevicol’ is a desi number,” added Kareena.

Speaking about the film, director Punit Malhotra stated, “The film is a spoof and half of it is set in a village. We start shooting in Bangalore where we will be stationed for about a month.” A release date has not been announced by producer Karan Johar or the stars. Stay tuned for more on this upcoming Dharma Productions film!
